What’s tmurasakix
tmurasakix is an add-on tool of Murasaki, a genome-wide multiple anchor alignment tool. Murasaki does nucleotide sequence alignment, but also translated amino-acid sequence alignment (in 6 frames) becomes possible with tmurasakix.
The result from tmurasakix + Murasaki can be visualized by GMV.
